Q. How can I change my shipping address?
A. When you are checking out your order, you need to enter your shipping address wisely as that will be the only time to enter the address.
However, you do get an option to enter delivery instruction at the checkout page and we will forward your request to the delivery person, however, it will be up to him if he is able to fulfill your delivery instructions.

Q. How can I track my orders?
A. We'll send you the email the moment your order gets shipped (usually within 24-48 hours) which will contain your order details & tracking number of your parcel.

Q. How long will it take for my order to arrive after I make the payment?
A. You should expect to receive your order within three (2) to three (3) working days upon payment verification depending on the volume of orders received.
If you experience delays in receiving your order, contact us immediately and we will help to confirm the status of your order.

Q. How much is the delivery charge?
A. Nothing! Yes, you read it right. There is no delivery charge for orders in Delhi NCR.

Q. How do I make payments using Paytm?
A. Paytm is the easiest way to make payments online. While checking out your order, you will have the option to Pay with Paytm payment method, choosing this will redirect you to the Paytm website or Paytm app. Be sure to fill in correct details for fast & hassle-free payment processing. It's fast, easy & secure.

Q. I don't have a Credit Card, how can I pay?
A. It is commonly misunderstood that only a credit card is allowed to make payments via Paytm. The truth is Paytm allows users to make payments via Credit Card/ Debit Card/ UPI payment methods.

If you are an existing Paytm user and have Paytm money, then you can also use that.
